Hotpot is a tradition in Beijing


The Tradition of eating “old style” Beijing Hotpot in winter is still strong today – and is even served in traditional copper Hotpots at some locations.

Coals are dropped down the center cylinder of the Hotpot to boil the spicy soup, meat & vegetables swimming around the base. Then you dip the delicious food into traditional spicy Hotpot sauce & enjoy the lingering taste garlic & spice for hours.
